Muscular Endurance at Home
These tests require no weights or other gym equipment. They test your muscles' ability to repeatedly contract at a low intensity without fatiguing.
Good muscular endurance means the muscles have increased capillarization, mitochondrial size, and mitochondrial density. These adaptations allow aerobic ATP synthesis, preventing early onset of fatigue and, therefore, muscular failure.
